Yes. We sign a Data Processing Agreement for all engagements involving personal data of EU, UK, or California residents. Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) where applicable. We also offer EU-region hosting on request.
You do. On final payment, we transfer full IP rights to all code we wrote for you, plus the deployment configuration. No vendor lock-in, no rented logic.
We invoice via Stripe in USD or EUR. Standard terms: 50% upfront / 50% on delivery. For Enterprise projects we work in milestones (typically 30/30/30/10). We can issue invoices in your VAT-compliant format on request.

You can either (a) include a support package with bug fixes & small tweaks (30 days / 3 months / 12 months depending on plan), or (b) book a monthly retainer for ongoing improvements. Most clients pick option (b) after launch.
